    Ryan, a Fresno native, has had a deep connection with the game of golf since a young age. From the age of five, he began immersing himself in the sport, developing a passion that would shape his future.

    Ryan’s journey in golf started with competing in junior tournaments across the state during his early years. His dedication and talent earned him numerous successes throughout his time at Clovis West High School and later at Fresno City College.

    After his college years, Ryan embarked on a new chapter in his golfing career. He joined the PGA of America and spent an impressive 12 years at both Copper River Country Club and Fort Washington Country Club. During this time, Ryan honed his skills and gained valuable experience in the industry.

    With his wealth of knowledge and love for the game, Ryan has now brought his expertise to OTP. His primary focus is to inspire and guide the next generation of golfers, helping them become the best versions of themselves both on and off the golf course. Ryan’s commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering personal growth is a testament to his dedication and passion for the sport.

  • Chad Bell

    Chad is a Fresno native, born and raised in the city. He attended Clovis North High School and graduated in 2012. During his senior year, Chad achieved a remarkable feat by becoming the first golfer in Clovis North history to qualify for the CIF State Championships.

    After high school, Chad pursued his passion for golf by playing at the Division 1 level in the Patriot League, representing Lafayette College in Easton, PA. He dedicated himself to the sport and honed his skills during his college years.

    Following his graduation, Chad decided to return to his hometown of Fresno. In May 2023, he joined the OTP team, bringing his expertise and enthusiasm to the organization. Chad is thrilled to lead our Junior Development programs, using his experience and knowledge to nurture young talent. He is also committed to furthering his education in golf, specifically through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).

    In his leisure time, Chad enjoys indulging in his favorite pastime, golfing. He finds joy in spending quality time with his friends and family, creating cherished memories together.

  • Mark Molthen (DR.MO)

    Introducing Dr. Mark “Mo” Molthen, a highly experienced movement, performance, and pain management expert who has recently joined the On Target Performance (OTP) team.

    Throughout his career, Dr. Molthen has been a trailblazer in the field of medical, functional, and pain treatment. He has established multiple medical and treatment centers, demonstrating his commitment to providing comprehensive care to his patients. Additionally, Dr. Molthen has held prominent roles such as a speed and agility coach for Clovis West and Director of Fitness, Performance, and Programming at Clovis Agility and Performance Academy, showcasing his expertise in optimizing athletic performance.

    Currently, Dr. Molthen is affiliated with Fresno State (Division 1) and Fresno Pacific University (Division 2), where he contributes to sports prevention and injury programs. He is also involved in a pilot project aimed at revolutionizing physical education to meet the needs of early childhood movement development. As a certified FMS instructor, Dr. Molthen imparts his knowledge to students, guiding them towards certification in the Kinesiology Department at FSU.

    However, it is Dr. Molthen’s passion for teaching self-treatment techniques and performance strategies to individuals at all levels that truly drives him. From the general public to weekend warriors and elite athletes, he is dedicated to empowering others to achieve their best. Joining the OTP team brings him an incredible opportunity to deliver a wide range of health disciplines, principles, and assessments focused on pain, movement, and performance, all under one roof.

    Moreover, Dr. Molthen is thriving to enhance his own golf swing with the guidance and leadership of Chris Doos. This combination of professional expertise and personal growth adds an extra layer of excitement and motivation to his daily routine.
